Customer Service Agent
  • Assists passengers with check-in and document processing while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience
  • Remains calm and empathetic to help travelers overcome problems and navigate the airport with ease
Ramp Supervisor/Agent
  • Responsible for the physical loading and unloading of passenger bags, cargo, and heavy equipment onto aircraft.
  • Operates motorized tugs and belt loaders while maintaining high safety awareness in a loud, fast-paced airfield.
Airline Security
  • Performs detailed passport and document checks at the gate to prevent fraud and ensure travel compliance
  • Conducts thorough cabin searches and monitors the airfield to verify the identity of everyone entering the plane.
Airside Operations
  • Conducts regular runway and taxiway inspections to ensure aircraft can land and take off safely without hazards.
  • Monitors airfield worksites and manages wildlife or incidents to keep the 24/7 movement of planes running smoothly.
Cargo Operations
  • Manages the rapid loading and unloading of diverse freight, including luxury cars, fresh food, and even live animals.
  • Utilizes specialized climate-controlled facilities and complex sorting systems to ensure global trade moves efficiently and safely

Pre-Arrival Instructions
  • Pack your bags for 45 days stay for non-locals.
  • Bring all essential documents (originals)
  • Government ID proof
  • Passport with more than 5 years validity
  • Degree certificate
  • Experience certificate (if applicable/optional)
  • Carry your personal items and essentials for the full stay.
  • No visible tattoos allowed during training or placements.
Grooming & Dress Code
Male Students
  • Light shade plain formal shirts (white/sky blue/light grey).
  • Dark formal trousers (black/navy/charcoal).
  • Black belt with plain buckle.
  • Black formal polished shoes with socks.
  • Hair neatly trimmed, clean-shaven (unless company allows otherwise).
  • No flashy accessories - only a simple watch allowed.
  • No visible tattoos.
Female Students
  • Light shade plain formal shirts.

  • Closed-toe black shoes (low heel or ballerinas)
